Shipping

 

All orders over $199 and less than 200lbs., with regular ground service, qualify for free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.  Our shipping methods include UPS and USPS.

 

Expedited Shipping Services are not available for destinations where there is only ferry service to the final destination.

Orders received after 1pm EST cannot be guaranteed to ship overnight. 

 

Summary of Shipping charges

 

- Free ground shipping for orders over $199 and less than 200 lbs. 

 

 - For orders (any dollar size) 200 lbs-300 lbs. = $100 LTL freight fee

 

 - For orders (any dollar size) 300 lbs-500 lbs. = $175 LTL freight fee

 

 - For orders (any dollar size) 500 lbs-1000 lbs. - $225 LTL freight fee

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Waterbrands will cover the return shipping costs only if the product you receive is defective or different from what you actually ordered.

If your order qualified for free shipping, and you are returning a product for a reason other than it being defective or different from what you actually ordered, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs as well as the original shipping costs that were waived by the free shipping policy.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order, and a Return Authorization Number.  Any returns received without a Return Authorization Number will result in forfeiture of credit.

All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Order Fulfillment

Orders placed before 2PM Eastern Time are typically shipped within 2 business days, Monday through Friday.  Free shipping offers are only available for orders being shipped to the 48 contiguous United States.    If you need further clarification on the estimated shipment and delivery times of a product, please call us at 610-431-3810.

Warranty

Waterbrands, LLC warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase.  Waterbrands, LLC’s sole responsibility under this warranty is limited to the replacement of product which is, in Waterbrands, LLC’s opinion, defective. Waterbrands, LLC is not responsible for charges connected with the removal of such product or reinstallation of replacement or repaired parts.

We will have no obligations under this warranty for any product which has been improperly installed, has failed, or has been damaged due to an accident or abnormal operation including misuse or alterations, or has been repaired or modified by entities other than Waterbrands, LLC.

The express warranty set forth above is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Waterbrands, LLC employees or representatives’ oral or other written statements do not constitute warranties, shall not be relied upon by customer, and are not a part of the warranty stated herein. This warranty will be the customer’s exclusive remedy. In no event will Waterbrands, LLC be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty relating to the products.

Some states do not allow limitations on an implied warranty, or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. If any part of this Limited Warranty is determined to be void or illegal, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

Waterbrands, LLC products returned under this warranty must be tagged with the customer’s name, street address, and phone number to ensure proper handling, and returned freight prepaid to the selling dealer or to the Waterbrands facility in West Chester, PA.  A copy of a sales receipt showing purchase within the one year time frame must also be included.
